This is probably one of those games where unexpected stuff will happen.
Orc Raiders are great for siege attacks because their weapons are meant to destroy buildings. Here we see a bunch of Orc Raiders attacking Al's Tree of Life and destryoing it. By doing so, you will greatly slow down gold gathering and have to pay an additional 400 gold and some wood to rebuild it with time. I believe Al was cussing like mad after his Tree was turned into firewood.
